Wow I really love your poem! I really like the media you put, and the first stanzas. But one of my favorite lines, are "From "Don't let them get to you" and "Don't break hearts." I think that has a very important message to it. Great job!
I really liked you poem because it really did tell the story of your childhood! You included things from your childhood that may not seem very important, but it really is. I also have memories of Haagen Daz! Of course, a brand of ice cream doesn't seem very significant, but the memories I have because of Haagen Daz are actually very nice. Good job on the poem!
I really can connect with you on the "laziness in a couch" and "the choice of God, Prayers every night and in the morning for the life". I actually learned a few things about you from reading this poem, like how your sister would keep a secret of her missing shoes. I really like how you describe that little girl with "straight eyebrows". They do look straight! Great job!
OMG You live on my block. I already knew that though. Anyway the pictures helped me understand the poem. I love the ending.
